I’m Carina Diamond,

the founder of Stella Secunda, and I’m here to help spur your success.

I’m a seasoned financial advisor with over 25 years of experience in launching, building, and scaling businesses in financial services. In my career, I’ve overseen, mentored, and coached more than 300 employees.

I left my role as Chief Growth Officer at a prominent wealth management firm to help other firms create transparent, collaborative company cultures where everyone on their team feels valued and has an important role in the firm’s success. I’m dedicated to working with firms on ways to help them establish excellence and a client-centric focus that influences everything that they do.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I’m also passionate about philanthropy and volunteerism. I currently serve as an Advisory Board Member of Institutional Investor’s RIA Institute, as a Trustee of The University of Akron Foundation, where I established a scholarship for women studying financial planning. I also began The Diamond Graduate Women’s Leadership Xperience, a leadership program for women graduate students.

I’ve previously served as a CFP™ Board Ambassador, and as a board member for The Akron Children’s Hospital Foundation as well as on the Akron Children’s Hospital’s Investment Committee.
